§ 112.23 RECORD OF LICENSES TO BE MAINTAINED.
   The City Clerk shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all such licenses issued and shall furnish the Treasurer, City Manager, and Chief of Police each with a copy thereof. Upon the issuance of any new license, or the revocation of any old license, the Clerk shall give written notice of such action to each of these officers within 48 hours of such action.
