§ 112.21 DUE DATE AND TERM OF LICENSE; PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT.
   (A)   All fees due under the terms of this chapter are payable in advance. The license year shall begin on May 1, and end on April 30. All liquor license fees shall be paid in advance for the full year before issuance of said license.
   (B)   Application and fees must be submitted to the City Clerk during the first week of April, no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 7 of each year to allow time for processing and issuance of license before the beginning of the fiscal year which is May 1.
   (C)   A penalty fee charge of 5% of the total license fee will be charged for each week the license application is submitted beyond the April 7 due date.
   (D)   Each such license shall terminate on April 30 next following its date of issue. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months, which have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license.
