Such licenses shall be, and are hereby divided into the following classes.
(A) Tavern license. A tavern license shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified, alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, as well as other retail sales of such liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be $700.
(B) Late license. A late license shall authorize the holder thereof to remain open beyond the closing time of 1:00 a.m. as is established for all present liquor licenses in the city until 2:00 a.m. for the purpose of selling alcoholic beverages. Applicants of this class license must first procure a tavern license. The annual fee for such license shall be $500.
(C) Liquor store license. A liquor store license shall authorize the sale on the premises specified alcoholic liquor, provided same is not consumed on the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be $660.
(D) Club license.
(1) A club license may be issued to nationally known clubs or organizations having national affiliations, such as the American Legion, Loyal Order of Moose, Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and other similar organizations for the purpose of benefitting either the membership, community, or humanity; and also bona fide local clubs or lodges that do not have national affiliation but are organized for the benefit of their membership, community, or humanity, in which the profit from the sale of liquor as aforesaid, if any remains in the club’s treasury and is not distributed either directly or indirectly to any officer, stockholder, member, or person, excepting in the form of death or sick benefits.
(2) No such license shall be issued or renewed if such club or lodge is operating for private financial gain for any individual or group of individuals and this is to include any organization which uses its organization, its name, or its purpose of organization as a ruse or subterfuge to enable an individual or group of individuals to gain the financial profit accrued from the sale of liquor and to operate the same as a tavern.
(3) Application shall be made by the president or person heading the organization or by the chairperson of a committee of such organization duly authorized by the organization to make such application. The annual fee for such license shall be $200. No surety bond shall be required of a qualified applicant applying under this division (D).
(E) Restaurant license. A restaurant license shall permit the retail sale of wine and beer only in conjunction with the sale of meals, provided there is no bar on the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be $330.
(F) Day license. A day license shall permit the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages from one day up to four days only. The daily fee for such license shall be $100.
(G) Restaurant/bar license. A restaurant/bar license shall be a permit to allow the sale of all types of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises provided that the principal source of income to the establishment is at least 60% of total revenues from the sale of food and food products with only 40% of gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be $700.
(H) Early license. An early license shall authorize an establishment to dispense alcoholic beverages at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday provided that the beverages are served on the premises only and inside the building. Any establishment so obtaining this license must also have a restaurant license. The annual fee for such license shall be in the amount of $100.
(I) Gas station liquor license. A gas station license shall authorize the sale on the premises for on- site consumption of beer and wine only at a gas station that sells more that 10,000 gallons of fuel per month with ample parking for vehicles. The annual fee for such license shall be $700.
