§ 112.17 FORM OF LICENSE.

   Every retail liquor license issued by the Liquor Commissioner shall be as per the following form:

CITY OF WOOD RIVER, ILLINOIS

LIQUOR LICENSE

No.___________            Class ___________            $___________

WHEREAS

address ______________ having paid the necessary fee into the City Treasury and having otherwise complied with ordinances of the City of Wood River, Illinois, is hereby granted a license for the sale of

ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS

within the jurisdiction of said city, subject to all laws and regulations now existing and hereinafter made in relation thereto, for the following period:
