§ 110.06 REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO CARRY ON BUSINESS.
   (A)   Every person, firm, or corporation maintaining, operating, or conducting any business or establishment within the corporate limits of this municipality shall be required to register by May 1 of each year with the City Clerk’s office. The fee for registration is $10 and shall be paid at the time of application. In no event shall any rebate or refund be made of any registration and no registration is transferable.
   (B)   If the location, ownership, or use of any registered business or occupation changes, a new registration shall be made at no cost to the business.
   (C)   No registration for the operation of business or establishment shall be construed to permit the operation of a business or establishment in more than one location in this municipality; a separate registration shall be required for each location of an establishment.
   (D)   Where two or more separate businesses, separately owned or operated, share floor space in the same building or on the same parcel of ground and the floor space is subdivided between the separate businesses, or types of businesses, then each shall be deemed a separate business and shall be required to register separately.
   (E)   Religious organizations and home occupations shall be required to apply by May 1 of each year with the City Clerk’s office and shall be exempt from licensing fees.
