(A) All such licenses shall terminate on April 30 following date of issue. All such license fees collected by the City Clerk shall be paid as soon as may be to the City Treasurer, who shall deposit the money in the city depository.
(B) No fee or part thereof shall be returned after the license has been issued, unless otherwise provided specifically by this chapter.
(C) In addition to the penalty set forth in § 110.99, each licenses shall pay a late license fee charge of 5% of the total license fee for each two-week period that the license fee is not paid on the due date.
