§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   Alarm users who continue to transmit false alarms shall be charged and billed the following sum for each false alarm over the stated number during a 12-month period beginning with the first false alarm:
 
False alarms 1—3
$0
False alarms 4—6
$200 each
False alarms 7—9
$400 each
False alarms 10—12
$600 each
False alarms 13 or more
Disconnect system
