§ 93.20 BUILDINGS TO BE RAT-STOPPED; MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   All business buildings, apartment houses, tenement houses, and residences shall be rat-stopped, freed of rats, and maintained in a rat-stopped and rat-free condition.
   (B)   The owner of all rat-stopped business buildings, apartment houses, residences, or tenement houses shall maintain such buildings in a rat-stopped condition and repair all breaks or leaks that may occur in the rat-stoppage.
