§ 93.02 UNWHOLESOME FOOD; COMMON DRINKING CUPS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any unwholesome or polluted food or drink of any kind in the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to maintain any common drinking cup, or cups, dipper, or other similar utensil, for the use of more than one person in any public hall, theater, store, or other place frequented by the public.
