§ 32.01 COMPOSITION; TERMS.
   (A)   The City Council shall consist of the Mayor and four members all to be known as Council members, each of whom, including the Mayor, shall have an equal vote on all matters presented to the Council.
   (B)   The term of office of Council members shall be for four years.
   (C)   All Council members shall be elected at large.
