§ 91.34 RECORDS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or his or her designee to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all animals coming into the custody of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or his or her designee to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all bite cases reported.
