§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to the remedies provided herein, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
