(A) If the city stores any towed, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles upon city property either owned or leased by the city, the following fees shall be in effect:
(1) Fifty dollars per day for automobiles, trucks, passenger cars, boats and ATVs; and
(2) One hundred dollars per day for commercial vehicles.
(B) Said payment shall be made to the City Treasurer prior to the city releasing said vehicle to the owner. If the vehicle is redeemed on a weekend or holiday, the owner shall be charged from the previous business day and shall not be charged weekend or holiday storage.
