§ 74.19 ORDINANCE APPLICABLE TO SKATEBOARDING AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   It should be unlawful for any person to operate or ride a skateboard, roller blade, roller skates, roller skis, scooters, and/or motorized scooters in any of the following:
      (1)   On any public street within the city; and
      (2)   On any public property including, but not limited to, parking lots, city parks, sidewalks with the exception of the Wood River Skateboard Park, and/or any other city provided facilities expressly designated for the purpose of skateboards and the like.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, erect, place or maintain a skateboard ramp or any other structure used for jumping with skateboards, roller blades, and/or roller skates on any public property within the city.
