§ 74.07 RULES GOVERNING THE RIDING OF MOTORCYCLES.
   Motorcycle operators and passengers are required to ride astride only, and upon the permanent regular seat or saddle. The operator must not permit more than one other person to ride as a passenger, and must not permit a passenger to ride unless the motorcycle is designed to carry two people. A seat designed for a passenger must be equipped with permanent handgrip and motorcycles designed to carry two persons must also be equipped with an adjustable footrest for the passenger.
