(A) Every person operating a motorcycle upon a roadway shall be granted all the rights and shall be subject to all the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle under this title except as to those provisions which by their nature can have no application.
(B) The provisions of this chapter applicable to motorcycles shall be considered supplementary to other provisions of this title governing the operation of such vehicles.
