§ 31.102 DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
   (A)   Appointment. There is hereby created the office of Director of Administrative Services who shall be appointed by the City Manager.
   (B)   Duties. It shall be the duties of the Director of Administrative Services to provide recommendations to the City Manager and Council regarding appropriate policies to facilitate future development within the community, secure available grant funds, identify needed infrastructure improvements, and research opportunities for funding. Assist City Manager with general administrative duties, including personnel, risks management, benefit management, and collective bargaining.
