§ 70.020 CITATION BOOKS AND COMPLAINT FORMS.
   The Chief of Police shall be responsible for the issuance of books of traffic citation and complaint forms and shall maintain or cause to be maintained a record of every such book and each set of citation and complaint forms contained therein issued to the members of the Police Department.
