§ 31.039 PREPARATION OF ANNUAL TAX LEVY ORDINANCE.
   It shall be the duty of the City Manager to cause to be prepared each year the annual tax levy ordinance for passage and to file a certified copy thereof with the County Clerk within the time required by law.
