(A) Minimum setback zone. All area lying within 400 feet of the five water supply wells, the location thereof being described as follows:
(1) Well 60229 - No. 1 Well, 2,250 feet south and 325 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois;
(2) Well 60230 - No. 2 Well, 2,318 feet south and 565 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois;
(3) Well 60270 - No. 3 Well, 2,350 feet south and 225 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois;
(4) Well 60231 - No. 5 Well, 2,250 feet south and 225 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois; and
(5) Well 60232 - No. 6 Well, 2,450 feet south and 1,100 east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois.
(B) Maximum setback line. All areas lying within 2,500 feet of the five water supply wells, the location thereof being described as follows:
(1) Well 60229 - No. 1 Well, 2,250 feet south and 325 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County;
(2) Well 60230 - No. 2 Well, 2,318 feet south and 565 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois;
(3) Well 60270 - No. 3 Well, 2,350 feet south and 225 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois; and
(4) Well 70231 - No. 5 Well, 2,250 feet and 225 feet east of the corner of Section 28, Township 5 north, range 9 west of the third principal meridian, Madison County, Illinois.
