§ 51.162 DAMAGES TO CITY PROPERTY; LIABILITY.
   Regardless of whether the person, firm, or corporation using the electric eel has a permit or not, said person, firm, or corporation shall be liable to the city for any and all damage to any city property that may be caused by the use of said electric eel.
