(B) In the event of a failure of the industrial user to comply voluntarily with the disconnection or revocation order, the city shall take such steps as deemed necessary, including immediate blockage or severance of the sewer connection, to prevent or minimize damage to the city system or danger to any person.
(C) If the Director of Public Services exercises his or her authority under § 51.144(A)(1), the Director of Public Services shall reinstate the wastewater treatment service upon proof of the elimination of the noncomplying discharge.
