The city shall annually publish in the largest daily newspaper published in the municipality in which the POTW is located, a list of industrial users who committed significant violations of any pretreatment requirement or standard during the previous 12 months. The notification shall also summarize any enforcement actions taken against those industrial users during the same 12 months.
