§ 51.120 PROHIBITION OF DISCHARGES WITHOUT PERMIT.
   It shall be unlawful for any significant industrial user to discharge wastewater to the POTW without a permit, or contrary to the conditions of a permit, issued by the city in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
