(A) All revenues and moneys derived from the operation of the sewage system shall be accounted for separately and apart from all other funds of the city.
(B) The City Treasurer shall cause all receipts and moneys collected for the sewage system to be deposited within two days of receipt. The City Treasurer shall administer this fund in every respect in the manner prescribed by statute of the Illinois Municipal Code, as revised.
