The wastewater service charge for the Village of Roxana is for handling sludge only and shall be computed by the following rule:
W = M + V(0.00834)B(SS)
Where: W = Amount of wastewater service charge ($) per billing period
M = Minimum basic user charge for administration costs
V = Wastewater Volume in 1,000 gallons per billing period
(0.00834) = Unit Weight of Water x 10-6 per 1,000 gallons
B = Unit Charge for SS per lb., $0.21
SS = Total Suspended Solids, mg/l
