The wastewater service charge per user shall be computed by the following formula:
W = M + (V) (r+d) + S
Where: W = Amount of wastewater service charge ($) per billing period
M = Minimum basic user charge for administrative costs
V = Wastewater Volume in 1,000 gallons per billing period
r = Basic User Rate for operation, maintenance, and replacement in ($) per 1,000 gallons, except for the Village of Roxana which is detailed in § 51.072
d = Debt of Service Rate in ($) per 1,000 gallons, for the City of Wood River and Wood River Township. For Village of Hartford and Village of Roxana, the Debt Service Rate is not applicable. However, an annual payment is required for Hartford, Roxana and Wood River Township.
