§ 51.026 DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY OR COMBINED SEWERS.
   No person shall discharge, or cause to be discharged without approval of the POTW, any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer or combined sewer.
   (A)   New construction tributary to the combined sewer system shall be designed to minimize or delay inflow contribution to the combined sewer system.
   (B)   Any new building domestic waste connection shall be distinct from the building inflow connection to facilitate disconnection if a storm sewer becomes available.
   (C)   Inflow sources on the combined sewer system shall be removed from the combined sewer system and connected to a storm sewer within 90 days if a storm sewer becomes available within 300 feet of the property.
