§ 51.025 USE OF WASTEWATER FACILITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or discharge, or to cause to be deposited or discharged, to any POTW treatment plant, any solid, liquid or gaseous waste unless through a connection approved by the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to discharge wastewater, without an NPDES permit, to any natural outlet within the city or in any area under its jurisdiction.
   (C)   No user shall contribute or cause to be contributed, directly or indirectly, any pollutant or wastewater which will interfere with the operation or performance of the POTW or will pass through the POTW.
