§ 37.36 DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION.
   This Program was developed with the oversight and approval of the Utility Department and shall be implemented by the City Hall staff. After consideration of the size and complexity of the utility’s operations and account systems, and the nature and scope of the utility’s activities, the Department determined that this program appropriately satisfies the utility’s obligations under the Red Flag Rules and therefore approved this Program on April 20, 2009.
