§ 34.49 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS.
   The Police Reserve Unit may be chartered as a nonprofit organization. The financial accounts of the Police Reserve Unit shall be subject to audit at any time the City Council may designate. Any such audit shall be made by the City Treasurer or other accountant appointed by the City Council for this purpose. The fiscal officer of the Police Reserve Unit shall present all records and books of account of the Police Reserve Unit for audit when requested so to do by the City Council.
