§ 34.48 OFFICERS; ELECTION AND TERMS.
   (A)   The officers of the Police Reserve Unit shall consist of a captain, lieutenant, two sergeants, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and such other officers as shall be provided for in its bylaws.
   (B)   The captain and lieutenant shall be appointed by the Chief of Police to serve for a period of one year, the sergeants and other officers shall be elected annually for terms of one year from the nonprobationary membership of the Police Reserve Unit.
