§ 95.15 WOOD RIVER RECREATION CENTER.
   (A)   Purpose. To promote the health, safety, general welfare, and economic welfare of the City of Wood River residents, the City of Wood River shall own, operate and maintain the Wood River Recreation Center.
   (B)   The rates and fees chart for use of the Wood River Recreation Center shall be as follows:
      (1)   Wood River Recreation Center membership.

Facility General Rules
In order to participate in open gym, all participants must have a membership or day pass and present a valid photo ID and proof of address. City staff has the ability to expel unruly/disruptive participants from the facility at any time.
Youth Policies
Children under the age of 9 must have direct supervision by someone 16 or older. Children 9-13 must have someone 16 or older in facility with them, but do not require direct supervision. Guests 14+ can be in facility without supervision.

Open Play. There will be designated times for open play for various activities (ex. basketball, pickleball, volleyball and the like). Participation during open play is free to members. Non-members must pay the day pass rate.
Reservation Play. There will be designated times the gym space can be reserved for various activities. If the team/organization resides within Wood River city limits then they will be eligible for the resident rate. Certificate of insurance required.
After Hours. Courts/batting cages can be rented after regular business hours. An after hours fee of $25/hour applies to all gymnasium rentals. After hours rentals require at least 2 weeks' notice for staffing purposes.
 
   (C)   Miscellaneous and program fees to be established by the Parks and Recreation Director, or his/her designee, with final approval by the City Manager and posted at the Wood River Recreation Center.
   (D)   The Parks and Recreation Director, with final approval by the City Manager, may be permitted to establish programs, leagues, activities, parties, and the like at the Wood River Recreation Center and set fees for participation to be posted at the Wood River Recreation Center.
