The purpose, powers, and duties of the Wood River Community Appearance Board shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
(A) Identification of appearance projects and activities which bring benefit to the city;
(B) Identification of an application for state, federal, and private grants to further these projects and activities;
(C) Creation and administration of awards programs to recognize individuals and businesses which independently improve the appearance of their properties; and
(D) Recommend to the Council policies, projects, and procedures which will lead to the improvement of the city’s appearance.
