§ 33.237 RULES; RECORDS.
   The Wood River Community Appearance Board shall adopt such rules and bylaws for the governing of the Board as it shall deem necessary, except that such rules and bylaws shall in no way be in conflict with the ordinances of the city nor the laws of the state. The Board shall keep record of attendance at its meetings and of resolutions, findings, and determinations showing the vote of each member on each question requiring a vote. The records of the Boards shall be a public record.
