The Village Administrator, or his designee, shall act as purchasing agent for the Village, making all purchases required by the Village and selling unused, worn out, surplus or obsolete equipment and materials. (Ord. 89-62, 11-9-1989; amd. 1991 Code)
All contracts to be entered into by the Village pursuant to the terms of this section 1-8-4 shall be executed by the Village Administrator unless otherwise specifically provided by the Mayor and Board of Trustees. (1976 Code §2-6)
