7-4-8: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provisions of this chapter. Any person charged with the violation of this chapter may, in lieu of prosecution for a violation thereof, make payment in accordance with section 1-4-2 of this Code. (Ord. 2001-07, 3-22-2001)
