6-11-5: UNCLAIMED VEHICLES:

Vehicles not retrieved from the towing or storage facility within thirty five (35) days after the hearing officer issues a written decision shall be deemed abandoned and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/4-201 et seq. (Ord. 2014-45, 7-24-2014, eff. 9-1-2014)
