Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of section 6-10-2 of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense, consistent with 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/4-214, as amended; and
A. Shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00); and
B. Shall be required by the court to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle. (Ord. 2014-45, 7-24-2014, eff. 9-1-2014)
