6-5-4: GENERAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Generally: It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any vehicle to stop, stand or park said vehicle upon any street, other than an alley, in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic; except, that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals or a police officer.
   B.   All Night Parking: It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street within the village between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. without having first obtained permission from the police department.
   C.   Snow Removal: It shall be unlawful for vehicles to park on any street on which there is an accumulation of snow two inches (2") or greater in depth.
   D.   Vehicles For Sale: It shall be unlawful for any person to park upon a street or parkway any vehicle displayed "for sale". (Ord. 93-10, 2-25-1993)
