6-2-7: TRAFFIC OBSTRUCTIONS:
   A.   Obstructing Traffic Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and unnecessarily hinder, obstruct or delay, or to wilfully and unnecessarily attempt to delay, hinder, or obstruct any other person in lawfully driving or traveling along or upon any highway, or to offer for barter or sale merchandise on said highway so as to interfere with the effective movement of traffic.    B.   Toys In Streets: No person shall place or permit to be placed any tricycle, wagon or other toy of any kind upon any street or highway of the village. (1976 Code §19-18)
   C.   Deposit Of Dangerous Articles On Streets: No person shall throw or deposit upon any highway any glass bottles, nails, tacks, wires, cans or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such highway.
Any person who drops or permits to be dropped or thrown upon any highway any destructive, dangerous, hazardous or injurious material shall immediately remove the same or cause it to be removed.
This subsection C shall not apply to implements of husbandry designed and adapted exclusively for agricultural, horticultural or livestock raising operations that may inadvertently deposit dirt or other substances upon the highway.
   D.   Glass From Damaged Or Wrecked Vehicles: Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a highway shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the highway from such vehicle. (1976 Code §19-19)
