5-7-6: CURFEW ON HALLOWEEN 1 :
No person shall engage in the activity commonly known as "trick or treat" after the hour of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. within the limits of the village on either October 31 or any other day which may be lawfully designated as Halloween. (Ord. 93-51, 10-14-1993)
