It shall be unlawful for any person to kill any animal within the corporate limits of the village except as may otherwise be permitted pursuant to state statute or this code.
Any person charged with the violation of this section may, in lieu of prosecution for a violation thereof, make payment in accordance with section 1-4-2 of this code. (1976 Code §4-10)
