A. Abandoning Animals: It shall be unlawful to abandon any animal, including domestic pets, within the village. (1976 Code §4-6; amd. Ord. 2001-14, 4-26-2001)
B. Nuisance Animals: It shall be unlawful to so maintain any animal or animals within the village as to create or constitute a nuisance. (1976 Code §4-7; amd. Ord. 2001-14, 4-26-2001)
C. Noisy Animals: It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night. (1976 Code §4-8)
