5-2-11: REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMITS:
The chief of police may revoke or suspend any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for:
   A.   The violation of any provision of this chapter;
   B.   The failure to comply with any applicable law or code;
   C.   The transmission of twelve (12) or more false alarms in a twelve (12) month period;
   D.   The failure of a permittee or his designated representative to respond within one hour to a request for access to the protected premises by a village police officer following the activation of any automatic protection device or signaling device.
No permit shall be revoked or suspended without the chief of police having first given the permittee, in writing, the grounds for such revocation or suspension and giving the permittee an opportunity to request a hearing before the chief of police or his designee to show why such permit should not be revoked or suspended.
