5-2-6: CONTENTS AND LENGTH OF MESSAGES:

The contents of a recorded message to be transmitted by any automatic protection device shall be approved by the chief of police or his designee. No such message shall exceed fifteen (15) seconds in length nor such message be transmitted more than twice for a given stimulus. (Ord. 90-32, 5-10-1990)
