No massage therapist may be employed in a massage establishment who does not hold a current, valid license issued by the Illinois department of professional regulation, as required by the massage licensing act 1 , which license may not have been suspended, revoked or temporarily suspended under that act. Each massage establishment shall maintain a current listing of all licensed massage therapists who perform massage services at the massage establishment, along with proof of their valid and current Illinois licensure, and must allow inspection of such records at any reasonable time upon the request of any representative of the village.
