3-12-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall engage in the business of tree removal before obtaining a license therefor from the village clerk. The license required under this chapter shall be issued by the village clerk subject to the applicable standards of this title. (Ord. 2008-43, 9-18-2008)
