All buildings or structures erected after the Effective Date of this Title, all uses of buildings, structures, or land established after the Effective Date of this Title, and all structural alteration or relocation of existing buildings or structures occurring after the Effective Date of this Title will be subject to all regulations of this Title, or any amendment to this Title, which are applicable to the zoning districts in which the buildings, structures, or parcels of land are be located.
