3-3-27: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES 1 :
   A.   Liability For Violations: Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any officer, director, manager or other agent or employee of any licensee shall be deemed and held to be the act of such employer or licensee and such employer or licensee shall be punishable in the same manner as if such act or omission had been done or omitted by him personally. (1976 Code §3-31)
   B.   Penalties Generally 2 : Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than the maximum amount permitted by section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to any other penalty, a licensee convicted of violating any provision of this chapter may be subject to having his license revoked, suspended or not renewed by the local liquor control commissioner.    C.   License Revocation As Additional Penalty: Whenever any licensee shall have been convicted by any court of a violation of any of the provisions of the liquor control act 3 , or of this chapter or any other ordinances of the village controlling or regulating the sale of alcoholic liquors, the licensee shall, in addition to all other penalties for such offense, incur a forfeiture of any local retail liquor dealer's license issued pursuant to this chapter and all monies that have been paid therefor.
